We the people,
Of this great company of Cynergy Interactive,
Offer our deepest apologies for the lack of update provided to you,
The Great Constituents of the Internets.
We last posted on July 25th of last year. Some of you may think that's because we gave up. We gave in. We fell to the system.
Come on. This is Cynergy. We aren't that weak. There is an explanation for this vast length of silence, and I am here to provide you that explanation. Hold on to your Potatoes, ladies.
It all goes back to that last blog post. It was a hot day, very hot. We were in the office, muddling away at the plastic nuggets in front of our displays. Then the phone rang with an offer we could not refuse. This mysterious man's voice was deep, his breath heavy, and his beard full. At least it sounded full... turns out it wasn't, but we found that out much later.
Anyways, we accepted the offer, and within 20 minutes we were in the back of an Antonov, heading for our new destination where we would make games that could finally conquer the world. Vladivostok, Russia. We shuffled into the shack that would come to be known as Синергия Интерактивная. Isolation led to increased productivity. Increased productivity led to more effective world conquering strategy. We drew close to our goal. We could feel it. That would all change.
One day, Team Cynergy was out of mind powers. We needed inspiration. And to do this, we went for a stroll through the Siberian Countryside in search of this inspiration.
Unfortunately, we left Tooms in charge of navigation, and we ended up in North Korea. We were detained, beaten, tortured, and locked up in a dark abyss. It appeared to be the end of Team Cynergy.
Until one day...... utilizing bacon and mind powers, we hatched a brilliant plan.
We did not succeed at world domination, but we made it out. Big Egg found a sweet souvenir... some sort of glowing spherical device. Probably some weird Korean children's toy. We also took care of one of our "competitors" that day. It was December 17th, 2011. Coincidence? I think not.
It then took three months to drift across the Pacific Ocean. We will get to that story later.
But we are back, and ready to take on the world. Again.
